(1) Except as otherwise mentioned in this Code, the court fee or bond amount determined to be refundable according to the law shall be requested by the concerned person within one year from the date of knowing that such judgment is final and submit an application to the relevant court with evidence.
(2) If the amount demanded according to sub-section (1) has to be returned, in the case of court fees, it must be returned within three months of receiving such application and in the case of bail amount, it must be returned within seven days.
(3) Except as otherwise mentioned in this code, the person who receives or receives the money received from the auction sale must receive such money within six months from the date of the auction sale.
(4) If the concerned person does not pay the court fee, bond or amount within the time limit as per sub-section (1) or (3), the property cannot be recovered later and such bond amount will be tied to the government income.
